Refund Policy

1. Nature of digital products

All products sold on this site are digital goods delivered electronically and available for immediate download. Because access is granted instantly, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

2. When you ARE entitled to a refund

• Corrupted or unusable file: if the file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open, and we cannot provide a working replacement, you receive a full refund.
• Technical fault preventing delivery: if a technical problem on our side stops you from receiving or downloading your product and we cannot resolve it, you receive a full refund.
• Duplicate charge: if you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product, the extra charge is fully refunded.

3. When refunds do NOT apply

• You changed your mind after the product was delivered or downloaded.
• The product works as described but doesn't fit your specific needs — please read each product description before buying.
• You no longer want the product after successfully downloading it.
• Issues caused by your own device, software or incompatibility not stated as a requirement.

4. How to request a refund

1. Email info@ai-rankseo.com with your order number and a description of the problem (a screenshot helps).
2. We reply within 5 business days and, where possible, first try to fix the issue or resend the file.
3. If a refund is approved, it is processed via PayPal (the original payment method) within 14 days.

5. Before opening a PayPal dispute

Please contact us first at info@ai-rankseo.com — most problems (a failed download, a corrupted file) are solved quickly. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
